I heard of them couple days ago, How effective are they? will a Anti-Depression pill help me to get out of my depression because I can't seem to get out of it and I do I'll get depressed after 5minutes.

Ask your doctor for the correct dosages. The pill and dosage are the most effective in determining how well it'll work.
Rest assured, they all work differently for others.

Any idea on what you're looking to get?

Prozac?
Celexa?
Paxil?
Cymbalta?
Lexapro?
