You should get into CPA networks such as CPAlead. Learn how to run a basic website and monetise it. I managed to make $400 in my first month on CPAlead.

I'm not sure what the minimum job age is in the UK, however getting a proper job anywhere is a stable way of making a steady income. If you don't meet the minimum age/want something quick then just do what an earlier poster suggested and start doing small jobs. Ask your parents if theirs anything you can do to earn some pocket money, and then ask your neighbors if they need anything like mowing their lawns etc or feeding their cat when their away. Also babysitting is an easy way to make some money.
