I've decided to do a virus removal service but I'm not sure exactly what to do first and what not in order etc.

If some security expert could help me out with isntructions, tools, advice etc. that's be great!

Well obviously it's not gonna be an online service.
I haven't even started it yet which is why I need help.

look around on google, your basic tools will work. Also study some online webpages for information on windows operating system virus removal.
