it's good that she's moving back. However, a lot of things can change in a year. She may have met a lot of new people, seen the world you know? Hopefully she still has the same feelings for you as before. I've been in a relatively similar situation, except we were together for 4 years.

Thank you, I know things can change, and a few things very well may have. But things look good for me.

1. I am pretty the only person down here who kept writing to her for the past year and a half.
2. I saw her twice, we still have a strong bond.
3. She said she loved me still.

So I keep those things in mind and am trying to stay strong.
