A person's dignity and respect, to others and him/herself.
Maybe if you were to expand on your OP a bit people would respond a bit more. For example, why are you interested in asking this question? If the sky is the limit, then I'll build a bridge up to it. If I make it back, I'd still want more, more. - Craig Owens

Good question, but as wtftwice says, it depends on the context.
To me, integrity is about ethics and morality.
