a new ipod touch screen costed me about 115$ , save up your money. its a lot, but its definatly less than buying a new one.

If it hasn't reached 1 year yet, you can get a Free Replacement of your iDevice.
I have had my iPhone 4 Freely Replaced, they have a good Customer Support.

Well.... same thing happened to my friend and they said accidents were NOT covered by the 1 year warranty that comes with the iPod. They didn't let him return it.. You could try though..
