Had a tooth cut out yesterday, and I have surgery on Friday to get a rib replaced that was knocked outta place while training in Kyokushin.
I sit in this small hole and think
the voices aren't real but they have the most beautiful ideas.

we train full contact, no gear, we fight till exhaustion or knockout, that's how I got the rib knocked out. the teacher I practiced under is one of the best in the world, in order to graduate from his class, he flies us to Siberia, and we have to train in only our GI pants in the snow.
