[RSPS]My webclient Won't Work[RSPS]

Wow. Its just been tell right now that me and java duke (HF)has given up. I have a PI client. We have tried everything. It loads perfectly when I click the batch to execute the jar, but when I click on the html page to execute it it won't work. im pretty sure my client can't find some files in my cache BUT I DONT KNOW WHY. If anyone gets this up and running im offering a payment or a staff posistion to my server.
