They place ads on your page.
Sizes are : 468x60 and 300x250

If you receive less than 100 views (traffic) per day, you get 4 ads.
If you receive more than 100 views (traffic) per day, you get 2 ads.

Ads are said to contain clean content and can be requested to be changed if you do not like the content.
It sounds legit. Just keep the views over 100/day somehow.
