Perfecting HTML + CSS?

I know intermediate HTML and CSS, but I'd like to study so that I can learn how to perfect my layouts, manipulating CSS, ect. I have been watching tutorials from lynda.com, and they're great, but I'd like to hear what y'all have to suggest. So, please, anything relevant to the aforementioned would be appreciated.
