Really? You point out one good reason why a new ford is any worse than anything out right now? An actual reason, not a shitty one like "they break down easier"

I personally don't like the support. But due to GM closing down the only decent branch i'd have to say, only a couple of them are good now a days. (Like in Canada Saturn used to give you a car if yours was in the shop. Car wash, and little free goodies like they rented a drive in theatre for a night for saturns only)

But now saturns gone. Waiting for the next good one. (Its the small stuff that counts)

And sense there ned powerstroke FULL SIZE pickup truck can beat a 2010 camaro in a 0-60 race, i would say they are doing pretty damn good with the rest too.

True, things break. I suppose it support doesn't mean allot to me, because i would rather do it myself and learn how. So someday i can make money doing it. When i mess it up, that's when i bring it in. But really, it's all pretty simple you just need to think of them as simple machines.
But i do get what you are saying, there support could be a little better.

My buddy has a chevy diesel 2500 that is approaching 300k miles on it. Transmission/Engine are still chugging along like we just cracked the break in mileage.

I don't know, my grandma sent it to me in the states. She knows how big of a chevy guy I am (they're ford people) and I'm in the army so she was trying to convert me.

M1A1/2 is made by GMC. Or at least the engine is.
