So I saw this cheap laptops on eBay and Amazon. I ask my parent, and they say "NO" because they afraid the laptop will be broken when it arrives. How I can explain to them it is safe. I have little knowledge about Internet trading. Can someone explain...

There is no way of knowing what your buying from places like egay.
Just get one from a store. Comes with warrenty.
