The IT in ITech is supposed to be there, because it's a shorter version of a real job. The shortest version is just 'IT'. The - is important because without it, he wouldn't be able to buy the domain. It looks better than the alternatives.

I dislike the merge of IT and Tech, unless you meant it as iTech which is overused and annoying!
And forumz with a z is too unoriginal.
So make it like techforums.it for Tech Forums IT
if it was meant as ITechforums
