need help with multithreading

Title says it all. I am making a proxy leeching program. Everything is done except I need it to be multithreaded and for 2 days ive been trying to figure out how delegates work and its just not clicking.

Anyone with experience wanna help me multithread this so I can learn from it over teamviewer?

I won't help over teamviewer, but what is a proxy "leaching" program? If obtained in a way that they aren't meant to be obtained, I won't help anyway.
