Hackforums proxy? can't access

Hai guys,

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've tried to connect with a proxy from net but it didn't worked.
I'm asking , hope you don't mind , is there any free proxy that could allow me to connect to hf , I have important things to discuss there..and because of some nolifer guys omni banned my country.
