I just finished my installation of Apache 2.2.2, Php, and MySql on my localhost, and i'm now enabled to run files directly off a server on my website 
Great for testing web pages before uploading to my site's via ftp. It took me a while to get and the support for apache2.2 dll doesn't seem to support 5.3.*+ without some serious modifications apparently.
