Dual boot OS X Lion 10.7
#1
I want to dual boot my laptop with Windows 7 Ultmate 32bit and OS X Lion 10.7.
Here is my laptop spec:
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core T2370 (virtual not support)
HDD: 320GB
Ram: 3GB (maxed)

I only have a 4GB memory stick

The reason I need that is I want to use Xcode. As I said above, my CPU doesn't support virtual, so I can use the VM workstation method.

What is the best way to dual boot OS X Lion 10.7?

Buy a Mac lol.

Sorry for being so unhelpful, but (I believe) you have to register your Mac product(s) when developing for iOS. I actually went out and bought a MacBook Pro a couple weeks ago because of this.

You could even get a Mac Mini for like $400-$500.

If that's out of the question, do some googling on "Hackintosh". Be aware that this is not legal, and I'm not responsible for anything that happens if you use this method.

Good luck!

You would need a larger USB before even trying to do that.

Instead of dual booting, you should buy a MAC.

They're so expensiiiive. Buying one just for the sake of writing for iOS would make it a single purpose device.
Sometimes I wish everyone had a google account, everyone had a smartphone, and everyone used linux. That'd make everything easier for everyone.

i run it in a vm idk how well your laptop will handle it, but look into running osx in a vm

Ok....so the only way I can do is either get a PC (CPU) that support VM or just get a Mac.

You can always try the VM first and if it isn't working well move onto a separate partition. It is it a bit more difficult to get OS X on an existing Windows than vice versa.
