200mW Laser Legal in USA?

I really need to know ASAP because I could buy one right now for $70.

I am looking into getting one of these as well.
I know someone that can get me a blu-ray color for $99 but I feel like I would want a much more expensive one that is more powerful! Then again I ask myself that $150+ for a laser to just pop balloons is a little much.

But anyway...on to the point.
Even if it is illegal if it is getting shipped to your house then it would be hidden. I would just not show it off a ton in public and you would be fine! Just to be safe!
