Make 3D video out of normal - which software? (Affter Effects, other?)

Hi guys,

Please help me with your advice: I'm looking for any software that makes anaglyph 3D video out of regular one? I need it to make kind of a 3D blockbuster out of the footage of my sister's wedding. Why do I need such software? Because I don't own a 3D camera. Obviously will be converting the footage to 3D in post-production

So on one forum someone has told me that it's possible to do in Adobe After Effects. But the thing is I've never used this program, so it'll be difficult to cope with it without any advice (anyone use it?). Also on other forum I was recommended to try 3D Video Converter, which is said to convert any format video to anaglyph 3D. But I don't know.. Has anyone tried it? Maybe someone knows any other software that can solve my issue?

There is a plug-in for Cinema 4D which allows you to do this.

I used Final Cut Pro on my Mac for this kind of stuff.
