I think people are being a little tough on you, but nonetheless I am sure you appreciate the constructive criticism.

If you are new to Graphic Design it's actually not too bad. Probably better than I can do, as I am VERY new to GFX and lack in creativity department, haha.

Anyway, just keep at it. I am sure if you read up on some tutorials and keep practicing your work will improve tremendously!
