Ah, I know how you feel. My last girlfriend was always apologizing for anything that could have made me the slightest bit annoyed. I could live with that, she was a cool girl. But then, she started digging into my personal stuff, like talking to people I had decided weren't good for me and trying to get me to talk to them. It got way out of hand. I guess maybe she was trying to baby me or something? She's 4 years older than me and had her own place, so that was a plus. XD There are pros and cons in just about every relationship, just gotta figure out which ones work best for you.

Lol, you have to find the right balance of immature and maturity within a person. For instance, I am very mature when it comes to domestic things (I'm a very proud housewife), but when around friends, I'm immature and stupid with a bit of a middle to high school sense of humor. If the only thing you're getting off this girl though is that she's immature, a relationship between you and her won't work. I think you did the right thing, if you weren't interested in her strange texts and delayed meetings. It sounds like she wasn't ready for a relationship anyways.
