When i try to turn my PC on it says bootmgr is missing thanks for any support.

Put your OS dISK in the disk tray and boot of it. Go into the recovery console and do the following. First enter fixmbr then fixboot then chkdsk /f when its finish type exit it should reboot and be fixed
