Same here, I had one and that was when I was doing a sparing match back in the days.

A old thread, but I just wanted to come up with a suggestion

When I was younger I got nosebleed all the time, it was so extreme that I took into the doctor, he then burned the blood vessels inside my nose, so it's almost impossible for me to get nosebleed. I think I had nosebleed once or twice since he did it (9 years ago)
