CPAlead Reward Script

Hey, I have been taking a look at some CPAlead Reward site scripts. They look fairly simple, so I have decided to create one my self to my own preference.

I have zero knowledge in php, and only basic skill in visual basic which might come in handy.

Would be greatly appreciated if somebody could point me in the rite direction, where I should start.
