Find a list of UK (or Norway?) proxies, then paste them in this website. http://www.checker.freeproxy.ru/checker/. It doesn't matter if there is random text when you copy. It'll remove all but the IP's automatically.

It'll test the proxies and show you the working ones. For some reason, most listed proxies don't work.
