How come here on Supportforums there is an option is leave a reason in why you reported abuse? There isn't on Hackforums...

We really should discuss HF things here at SF, but just so that you know, the way the reporting is here used to be how it was at HF, but it was changed in order to make it easier for staff (because of the increasing amount of report, which are sometimes unclear).
