New Power Supply
#11
Ok, Ive changed my mind... I left the computer on standby overnight, and when I pressed the power switch to turn it on, nothing happened. The computer was still in standby, and the power led was still blinking, but the power switch did nothing to restore it. After I switched off the power supply, and then switched it back on after about 10 seconds or so, the power switch worked fine again. Any one else puzzled by this?

If I was you I wouldn't go technical about it. Put your old power supply in and try that for a few days, to see if your new one has affected your computer. Then if nothing's changed I'd go back and rewire your new power supply.

My old power supply is more than likely the reason why my graphics card (and possibly the mobo now) went bad. Im not going to risk another graphics card by putting the old one back in...
