it's a workload in the beginning but I think it would get alot smoother down the road once you have everything settled...you would of course need to be buy an offshore host (non-US) and then you will need to recruit staff(uploaders) to help upload and spread the site over other warez sites and maintain the board...you just need to find the right people and have enough money to start the site and more just in case
