windows 7 java crash

I recently bought a new computer with windows 7 on it and i have had it since christmas, and all i've had is problems. in my cmd prompt i get a java error.


please help me if you can

Well you should be covered by the warrenty still depending where you bought it. Which means its free so take it in and explain where you bought. Much MUCH better then having to deal with it.
