I have a home network, which includes a Windows case, a Linux case and a Windows lapper. Between the 2 Windows machines, I can access, move and etc. files comfortably. The problematic part is the Linux machine.
It's an old computer I decided to revive, it's running a fresh install of Open Suse.
Between the Windows machines I can access them by just hitting \\Comp1 or \\Comp2 in the address bar. If I enter smb:/remote:\\Comp1 in the Konqueror address bar, I can see the shared folders, but when I try to enter them, I'm confronted with a password query. I've tried adding a password to my Windows admin account and using that to log in, but it isn't working.
Any help? Both of the Windows machines are using XP home, the Lin machine is a fresh install of Open Suse.
