UAE free zones for establishing business - What can you say?

Recently I was browsing web and got to know that the Dubai South Business Park have started to offer free zone environment for establishing business in UAE.
Advantages of the UAE free zones business:

- 100 per cent tax-free operations;
- 100 per cent foreign ownership.

These pluses attracted me a lot, so I started thinking to deal with them.
Still not sure if they are trustworthy. Are there any members who have had personal experiences dealing with them?
