I do not really work out very often, I am 6 feet tall and 143 pounds. I do maybe 50 pull ups a day, only because the pull up bar is in my door frame so whenever I walk in or out, I do a few pull ups! I eat horribly, Mc Donalds, Wendys, Taco Bell, etc. I have horrible eating habits. Any way I can counter act these urges to junk out?
