Need help with the mouse and keyboard.

I recently got a new laptop, but whenever I hold down a key and try and move the mouse while I'm still holding the key down, the mouse won't move, do you know any idea how to fix that? I am also using an Acer Aspire.

I would call Acer customer support for your country and see if they could locate
the issue or further help you,

It could be a wide range of errors, from hardware to software.

Yeah, try buying new mouse or just contact their Customer Support.
