My processor is constantly running, the fan is always running on my laptop. i probably have to disable some services but don't know where to go or what to disable. any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

For a processor to run constantly is normal, especially if it's processor 0 lol

Services? Don't disable any of them before you check for your currently running processes, for anything that you may not need first. See as far as i'm concerned, you don't need ANYTHING from this list to be running on startup. Unless you really want or need Windows Defender that could be turned off as well. I really don't find it very effective anyways.
Type in msconfig in the start menu, hit enter, go to the startup tab, and uncheck these things from startup. |
