That looks like an issue with your PC rendering the video. I think your PC may not be able to handle the HD video. I had the same issue at first.

Oh damn, at first I thought you meant FPS lag throughout the whole thing, then I turned on my sound, and saw what went down. I think CyberProdigy's right, like when I make a HD video, and play it back on my computer, it does that in the beginning.
