Ok here's the deal..
I've got a Paypal account that is verfied over etrade and I've got on it 71 $. That's the good side. The bad side is that I can't do anything with that money until I link it with my bank account in US or I link it with my credit card.
So, I have a a paypal account that is verfied. So I've been thinking, you send me 60 $ to my verfied paypal account and I'll give you this account which has 71 $. Sounds good ?
