sysdata.xml error on xp

well i am getting this error
sysdata.xml and mini dump error and the comp switches off i have formated but it still come i changed my harddisk but it still comes any one knows about this prob pls help

cheack your ram.. that is the main cause of sysdata.xml.. find if you have dump error in your temp file from administrator documents.. use memory checking tools.. there is another thread with this topic.. find it..

Turn your computer off and reboot into safe mode, press F8 while your computer is loading, a menu will then pop up, select system restore to a previously known good configuration.

he already formatted his computer a few times.. so the problem would not be on the system or config..
