Actually great guide. But 1 thing that all guys must learn is that love doesn't come by a guide. Be yourself, dont try to be someone your not.
Tan can be quite essential if you want people to notice your muscles. I got developed muscles in almost every part of my body, but really I didn't get as much attention as I did in the summer.
But again, in the cold times I doubt your body is the primary subject to looking good..
