How to GAIN weight?

I'm not going to quote everyone who has made a comment, but for my thread that is related to whey protein, I use to drink it now i don't. I eat healthier along with workout more than I use to. Working out and eating healthy will increase your weight gain, and so will time. Muscle weight is better than fat weight lol. (and high metabolism has to do with you eating all you want, and not gaining weight. Not eating all you want and gaining weight.. Google is your friend dude)

Don't go ahead and stuff yourself with McDonalds. Eat high calorie but healthy food like steak.

You have your friend which have great fat its not mean that you should too have. This is not the fitness If you have not any internal problem then your weight is right in 15 year old.
So this is recommended by me that don't use any medicine for increasing the weight..
