  1. Oh, I totally get the struggle! I once managed to drown a cactus, so you're not alone in the succulent casualty department. One trick that helped me was setting a weekly reminder on my phone for watering, but only after I figured out each plant’s actual needs - some like a drink every week, others barely once a month. Also, ferns can be a bit dramatic about humidity, so misting them or placing a small tray with water nearby can make a surprising difference. If you want something almost foolproof, I’d recommend a snake plant or pothos - they’re pretty chill and survive my forgetful watering habits.
