  1. Jane, you're definitely not alone in this juggling act! It can feel like a circus, for sure. One thing that's helped me is setting a strict "end of workday" routine. I have a little ritual where I close my laptop, make a cup of tea, and take a short walk. It signals to my brain that work is over for the day. 🧘‍♀️ Time-blocking can be a game-changer, especially if you color-code different activities. It makes it easier to visually separate work from personal time. And yes, losing track of time at home is so common! I use an app that gently reminds me to take breaks. It's amazing how a quick stretch can reset your focus. Hope you find a balance that works for you!
  2. coming out can feel like standing on a cliff edge. i remember the mix of excitement and fear when i first told my family. it wasn’t perfect, but it was worth it. if you're thinking about it, a few things helped me. first, i made sure i was ready and safe. not everyone will have the same experience, so it's important to protect your own well-being. second, i chose the right moment when things were calm. i found that sharing my feelings honestly helped them understand. some people need time to adjust, and that's okay. have any of you been through this? how did it go? any tips or stories to share? 🌈 ps: here’s a link to a helpful resource i found: [Coming Out Guide](https://www.hrc.org/resources/coming-out)
