Anyone else finding it hard to keep that balance between work and personal life these days? I've been working from home for a while now, and it's like the lines have completely blurred. Sometimes I find myself checking emails at odd hours or thinking about projects when I'm supposed to be relaxing.
I've tried a few things to create boundaries, like setting specific work hours and sticking to them, but it's easier said than done. Especially with the constant pings and notifications. 😅
One thing that's helped a bit is having a dedicated workspace. But I still need better ways to switch off. What do you all do to keep work from creeping into your downtime? Would love to hear any tips or stories!
