  1. Oh, I totally feel you on the notification overload! It's like every app wants a piece of your attention, right? One thing that worked for me was setting up a "notification detox" day. Basically, I go through my apps and turn off notifications for anything that isn't essential. For those apps I can't completely silence, I set them to only alert me for high-priority stuff, like direct messages. Also, if your phone has a "Focus" mode, it's worth checking out. It lets you customize which apps can interrupt you at certain times, so you can stay connected without the constant pinging. 😊 And about missing important stuff with Do Not Disturb, you can usually tweak it to let through calls or texts from specific people. That way, you're not totally off the grid but still have some peace. Hope this helps!
  2. Hey Kara! I totally get where you're coming from; balancing performance and budget is tough. For video editing and multitasking, I'd recommend looking into the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14. It's got a powerful Ryzen processor and a decent GPU, which should handle your editing needs well. Plus, it's known for good battery life, which is great for travel. If you're considering Lenovo, the Legion 5 series is pretty solid too. They often offer excellent performance for the price. Just make sure to check the specs for a good GPU and at least 16GB of RAM for smooth editing. Both brands have models that fit different budgets, so you might find something that suits your needs without breaking the bank. Good luck with your projects!
