Anyone else finding it hard to get going in the mornings? Lately, I've been hitting the snooze button way too many times and it's throwing off my whole day.
I've tried a few tricks, like setting my alarm across the room or trying to go to bed earlier, but nothing seems to stick. I even attempted a morning jog, thinking a bit of fresh air might help. Let's just say, my bed won that battle. 😅
