I've done that for you, FYI one of the questions just says option 1 with no context.
  2. Protein heavy lunch instead of lots of carbs will also help with that 2-3pm slump in my experience.
  3. Note it's also a lot harder to do damage with a Mac vs Windows. 90% of issues could probably be avoided in terms of actual system compromise :)
  4. We've been busy behind the scenes this year and no doubt things look a little different 😄 Here's what we've been up to: Design Forum homepage display changed to a grid layout We are trying to better display our forum areas. Using Life & Wellbeing as a an example, previously all that was visible was "Lifestyle" and a list of topics across all the sub-categories. Now all 5 sections are viewable on the home page and the clicks required to view discussions have reduced from 2-4 to 1 in most cases. Better navigation, and better "at a glance" display of the areas of discussion. This change has been applied site wide. Forum topic display includes a snippet of the original post rather than just the title of the discussions Modern list displays almost always display a snippet of the content contained within and we feel this is a useful design change. Forum homepage links banner removed, and replaced with an updated start topic button The old style banner was really just a repeat of the header menu links next to the logo and took up valuable real estate just above the first list of topics and discussions. On mobile and different screen sizes it pushed discussion further away from what is visible at a glance. We also wanted the primary call to action to be starting a topic, encouraging engagement rather than sending users of in 5 different directions. Engagement and activity is the priority so that's what we're trying to incentivise and make easier with this change. Remove ads/sign up widget added for guests Only visible to guests, encourages signup/in to guests when browsing the site. Forum sections A new "Gambling help" forum has been added to the money and finance section. We hope to encourage support and discussion in this area. Adverts We have revamped the way adverts, specifically Google ads display on the site. Various tweaks to blocked areas and display styles to maximise earnings. We will continue to tweak and test what is and isn't working. Google adverts aren't visible if you are signed in or of course for guests with ad blockers. As always the goal with ads is to strike a balance between visibility, intrusiveness and site access with the ability to cover our operational costs to the point that the site becomes cost neutral to run. Other We have banned an increasing amount of spammers and advertisers. Please continue to report this content so it can be removed. On average we have a few hundred attempts each day from bots trying to sign up and spam - 99% of which are blocked before they are even able to sign up. Any issues, feedback or suggestions let us know.
  5. most likely mental but also not something to force if you're not enjoying it, when was the last time you took a few good weeks off? Maybe my the end of the first one you'll be itching to go out again.
  6. The worst one I ever come home too was dismembered with blood everywhere. Cleaned it up and a second came along a few hours later!
  7. How old is the device? Could need a reinstall of Windows to really tune things up.
  8. Welcome, alwasys happy to have more technologists here!
  9. Always use the secure message/contact in the banking app after logging in correctly, or find the banks number yourself and call them to confirm. If in doubt, confirm - always!
  10. We'd love to hear what our community would like to see from Support Forums in 2026. All suggestions, thoughts, feedback and ideas welcome.

Thank you to everyone that contributed to Support Forums in our first year. Best wishes to you and yours.
  12. Welcome, and thanks for sharing. I know others will have better advice but as someone reasonably familiar I'd be very wary of forex trading. It's my understanding that it's the exception, not the rule that individuals can just pick this up and be successful. Even with decades of experience it's not a get rich quick scheme for those who actually do it day in, day out.
  13. Little baskets and storage bits are the best just for organisation or what would otherwise look very cluttered!
  14. 100% I feel comfort comes from those little touches :)
  15. Sugar and popcorn isn't the craziest combo I've heard of but yet. Marmite and cheese is the thing that springs to mind for me!
  16. :) :) :)
  17. I remember those @rainn !!
  18. For sure, affordability of clothes plus online retail makes cost of entry to experimentation a lot easier as well.
  19. Hi everyone. This month, to help offset some of our costs we have started to enable advertising services in various locations. Most people use adblockers and that's fine. We don't want to ask people to disable those, or restrict access to anything unless they do. With that said, the ads should be non-intrusive and so if you do want to whitelist Support Forums to support us then that would be greatly appreciated. As always, subscribers will not see any adverts. Furthermore we do offer specific advertising opportunities for brands, companies and individuals should you be interested.
  20. Sometimes my cats have gone off food for no reason for several weeks. One thing I learnt early on was that they don't like too much change so you need to persist with a brand/type for a while before trying to switch. Some cats are fine of course so it's just experiment and see. Also remember that, especially when they're young biscuits and teething etc can cause pain that they won't show but will find it difficult to eat biscuits because they have sore teeth and gums.
  21. Largely agree with this. Of course an obvious one is to shop at cheaper stores as well where base/common ingredients can be significantly cheaper. Own brands are often similar if not the same than name brands Plan your meals, whole ingredients and include cheaper alternatives to protein such as lentils and beans etc

As someone who's seen first hand how this transfers in to adulthood, it's certainly very restrictive and difficult, especially for example in relationships. I guess my point is although it may be difficult, I would always advocate for sticking with forcing young ones to experience and try new things. Likewise, if you're a fussy adult - don't act that way in front of your children!
  23. Family dynamic is everything with this and I feel for those who don't have a supportive and open family around them. It's not always possible of course and equally you don't have to surround yourself with people who don't support you, even if they're your family. That can be difficult but considering we have one chance at life I think it's important to remember that.
  24. Classics will always be classics :)

It's all much of a muchness for the past few years when it comes to phones. iPhone Siri/AI is also a joke, so don't be sold on "apple intelligence" enabled phones.
