balancing work and personal time
Personally, as someone who juggles a lot. Strict blocks of time for specific tasks is the only way to go otherwise everything competes for my attention and nothing gets done well.

Rebuild and debloat is your best option in my opinion. Clean install will make a big difference.

The wonders of foldable technology
If it's so big that it needs to be folded then surely a laptop is a better choice?

The wonders of foldable technology
I'm not a fan personally of large phones anyway, so even if it folds smaller I don't want something that's massive when I'm using it.

Staying safe, anonymous & protected
Here are our tips and guidelines for ensuring your anonymity and safety as well as information on how your information is managed: It is up to you how much information you wish to share (or not). Staff will never ask you for personal information. Remember that images & other information creates links. For example sharing a photo of your dog that is also posted to your Facebook with your real name and city could reveal your identity. The same is true if you use the same username, profile picture etc between sites. Certain forums will allow you to post anonymously - consider using this feature when discussing any private or personal that you want to remain completely private. Secure your forum account by enabling multi-factor authentication. You can request to see what personal identifiable information the site has for you at any time. Staff are happy to remove your content or account if you require. Important disclosure Staff cannot view member PII such email addresses, billing/store information, IP address details or anonymous post authors. Community Managers, who administer the site and it's underlying infrastructure have restricted access to such information as is required to perform their duties.

finding the balance with screen time
On the flipside the apple and I presume android eco systems have a lot of great functionality to help manage and monitor screen time and indeed other online activity. It's certainly not going anywhere so it's about education and ensuring proper, sensible usage in my opinion.

Software move (Sep 2025)
Support Forums has moved to a more complete community platform that makes it significantly easier to offer a modern, feature rich experience whilst also allowing us to scale for the future. I will continue to tweak over the coming weeks, and if you can't login then a password reset should solve the issue. Any issues let me know.

Needing advice on gaming laptop specs
Laptops are just not great, that’s the fact - if possible spend a similar amount even on an entry level desktop PC and it’d be better in my opinion.
