Ive been given 3 warnings already i think it was wrong to give
me this as im only trying to help, they were for
1 : dvd copying sofware, why is this illigal?
2 : password recovery sofware, for your own pc?
3 : offering to get software for a member, i dont see anything wrong with this?
yes i am complaining, and i would like some answers please.

3. Depends on the way you're going about it. More than likely an illegal way. Just take it, they expire quickly anyway.

I saw his posts. They all included serials and/or cracks. This means they're not meant to be free, and therefore are illegal and considered warez.

IMHO you should be warned again for just plain stupidity.
"DVD copying" or copyright infringement is a federal offence.
obviously "password recovery software" would be used to get other passwords.
getting another member software is also an example of copyright infringement.
please use common sense next time.

do you have hackforums.net account? if not then that is where you can post all wares and hacking talks. supportforums.net is for technical support for people who don't need to hack.
why is it 35%? 100/3 = 3.33 times

DVD copying is not a federal offense. You are SPECIFICALLY allowed to make copy's of your DVD's and software for the purpose of backing up your personal items. You probably should read copyright law as well, as nearly 98% of copyright infringement doesn't fall under Criminal Law, and must be handled in civil court. Which therefor no longer makes it an offense.
All the software distributed for password recovery is also completely legal if used on your own accounts/machine.
The exception is downloading "security software" that helps you "test your" networks for vulnerabilities....but, that's only illegal in Germany.
