Idea: Widgets/gadgets - Wikzo - 09-04-2006
Yahoo, Google and many more (Windows Vista ...) are making big programs, where you can get things like a watch, a notepad, news feeds and much more.
The best thing is, that you can customize everything and move it.
What about making something like this in Firefox? It would be great!

Oh..
I think it would probably make the download bigger, and for people on Dial-up, that would not be good.
They're trying to keep the big features out, and make extensions out of them, incase a users WANTS it, then he/she goes and downloads the extension...

Google Desktop have something like that, but I think Yahoo Widgets got more.
