Leg Pain - Minus-Zero - 07-08-2010
I went to bed at 3 am this morning like norman and woke up at 6.
I usually do not wake up this early ever!
But I have this awful leg pain in my thigh and upper knee. It woke me and is stopping e from going to sleep. It hurts!

Do you think it's arthritis? Because I had the same problem in winter. Those pains are intense I didn't know what to do.

I think its probably your muscle that got out of place and couldn't go back?
If you stand up and walk, it goes away.

Get up, run around the house for a couple of minutes, run back to bed, wallah that should take care of it(hopefully)
