Msn has no view webcam, only video call. When I click the webcam icon it starts a video call.?
When somone sends me an invitation or tries to view mine, it declines as soon as they send it, any help please?

You both have to have a video camera. That is what a video call is. It allows you to chat with video cameras. MSN usually has problems connecting to each other. Make sure that both of you have a video camera and then check it. If you want to see each other on the video camera have your buddy send you an invite. If it doesn't work when you accept it, then you try sending him an invite. If it still doesn't work. Try something else.
